SCALLOPED SKIRT

There is something about this outfit that reminds me of Carrie Bradshaw. I think it might be the coat or perhaps its because I have been watching reruns of Sex And The City. I bought this pretty little skirt at Ann Taylor back in spring and I never got around to it. It’s  a pretty
