The Band Jacket & The OTK Lace Up Boots

Is this the military jacket? Is it the officer’s jacket? Or the band jacket? Or captain’s jacket? I’ve seen this jacket called so many things that I don’t know what to call it but I’ll stick with band jacket since that is what came to mind, second to military jacket. These jackets have been everywhere
