This is officially the last week of winter and I am excited. Winter, you will NOT be missed. Somehow I managed to put on more weight this season so I am currently on gym life 6 days a week. I have to go back down to my pre-wedding weight because my clothes fit tight and I refuse to get rid of half of my closet. Stay tuned for my body transformation.
Outfit Details
I have to let you all know right now, this dress was .97 cents. How you may ask? At the Goodwill outlet. Yup! The Goodwill outlet is that place where few will go to find the best deals because the shopping setting is NOT the best. Imagine an empty CVS or Walgreen sized store empty with nothing but a cash register in front of the store with a giant weigh scale and a large bucket like rectangular tables filled with clothes to the very top; see here. Yes, its not glamours but that is where I have found some of my best finds. The dress is not in 100% perfect condition as the belt is showing some wear and tear but I’ll find a belt to replace it with. Since I was wearing this to work, I decided to add a blouse in the inside and that blouse happened to have a tie. I muted the accessories by keeping everything black but I added a red lip for a pop of color. The final look – polka dots with a 60’s vibe.
Dress: Vintage, Paul Michelle, Goodwill: .97 cents / Shirt: Forever 21, Goodwill: $4.00 / thrifted total: $4.97
