Utility jackets often symbolize men fishing in the wilderness or camping. They rarely make a statement piece of let alone a fashion statement piece. Today, I am giving the utility jacket new life and masking the “men on fishing boats” with a pair of skinny jeans, heels and some “oh-so” very cool sunnies.
